Peak Precision Fitness was created on the foundations of balance. Natalie has danced her whole life, got her degree in Exercise Physiology, trained at gyms, taught dance, ran half marathons and continues her love of fitness through CrossFit and running. Her experience in the physical aspect is there but she also continues to further her knowledge on the human body through scholarly articles and constant research. It is important for her to understand how the human body functions and the many different aspects of creating a very personalized training program depending on the individual. Her programs utilize the foundations of exercise and how they coincide with nutrition. She focuses on longevity and not just quick results. Becoming a mother has made her realize balance is important, and we should care for our bodies as much as we care for our children’s. The goal is to create sustainable strength, confidence and health that fits real life. Clients should feel healthier, stronger, and more confident while still enjoying family, careers, travel, hobbies and life.

Taught dance, Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology, 10+ years of training, CrossFit + running experience, NASM certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, healthcare experience and CPR/AED certified
